You've already been on a sightseeing tour. You've seen the Kola Bay from all sides and know where the famous 'Lenin' is moored in the port. But here's the rub — the memorial 'Defenders of the Soviet Zaporozhye', our famous Alyosha, is closed for restoration, and it's not possible to approach the territory in the usual way (not to drive up). And yet there were so many hopes! A несложная walk along the hill of Zeleny Mys — a beautiful view of the Kola Bay will open up to us, we will knock on the 'Sun-drum' and see the surrounding hills
More about this excursion
- We will walk from the Heroes of Severomorsk Avenue along Semenovsky Lake — we will see cat Semen, the Murmansk Oceanarium, the memorial 'Furnace Chimneys'. - Next, the trail will lead us along the hill of Zeleny Mys, here we will see the world's largest glucophone. - Having had enough sightseeing and taking photos, we can go further — to the memorial 'Defenders of the Soviet Zaporozhye'. Important: we will approach the memorial about 100 meters. It will not be possible to get closer in any case — construction is really underway, and the site is fenced off. But we will see what most tourists and locals do not see. - Return to the stop through the park on Semenovsky Lake.
For reference only. The program may change.
